“A beautifully situated campsite where dogs are welcome. If you are lucky enough to get a comfort campsite, you even have your own shower and toilet. Simply perfect”

“A small, quiet and comfortable campsite with a very interesting sanitary concept: each pitch has its own sanitary block with WC, shower, washbasin, small heater and sink. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The groundskeeper was also very friendly. The pitches are quite large and separated by high hedges. The prices are reasonable. You can get out of the site very quickly with your dog and go for a walk through the adjacent meadows and woods. Nearby, about 5 minutes on foot, there is a small restaurant, Jägerstube, where you can eat well. We liked it very much.”

“I really liked this site. The location is great, the layout is also very nice and the small sanitary facilities on each pitch are great.”

“Beautiful large pitches, almost every pitch has” its “cherry tree, if you come at harvest time you can eat your fill of the delicious cherries, even ladders are available! Each pitch has its own unit with shower and toilet, simple but clean and okay. The whole campsite is in very good condition, bakeries etc. are about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place for you, many thanks to the operator!”

“A nice campsite with individual washing cabins on site, friendly boss always concerned that his guests are doing well and the staff are always friendly. Freundlicher Platzwart. Kurtaxe 5€ für 2 Personen am Tag ohne irgend eine Gegenleistung wie Gutscheinheft für die Region oder ähnliches haben uns einfach enttäuscht. Wegen der Einzelwaschräume aber trotzdem 4 Sterne.

 Trustindex überprüft, ob die Originalquelle der Bewertung Google ist. A very unique/unusual campsite. Several of the pitches have a small building with a private bathroom. It’s great because you can leave your bathroom items/towels etc in there to use throughout your stay. The bathrooms are high quality and immaculately maintained. The pitches are large. It’s very well cared for.

WiFi is available throughout. It’s a bit slow and one of the access points didn’t work but the owner reset it and after that it worked.

There’s a good washing machine and dryer that is coin operated. It only takes €1 coins. Washing is €4 and drying is €3. So you need lots of coins, which is hard to find these days! But the owner helped me out by exchanging some notes for coins.

Motorhome services are also very good, fresh water available and black and grey water disposal.

It’s a lovely location with access to hiking routes in the nearby valley.

Also unusually the owners charge for water / electricity used. I notice in other reviews that some people are upset, but in my experience the owner made it clear that’s how they do things.

If you don’t want that they also offer very reasonably priced simple pitches with no services and the owner went out of his way to make sure we understood the difference.

Nette kleine Geschäfte (Bäcker, Fleischer,Einkaufsladen)im Dorf
Einzig der Kontakt mit der Geschäftsführerin lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.
Leihwagen wurde nicht wie öfter vorher besprochen gestellt...plötzlich hiess es man müsste mindestens 2 Tage nehmen...
Anders wie auf der Homepage steht..

Sehr schöner kleiner Platz zum erholen mit eigener Toilette und Dusche am Stellplatz selber (Bad) zur Eigennutzung (das finde ich am besten hier 😉😉) aber sehr weit weg vom Brocken, Goslar usw., leider immer viel fahren um direkt im Harz zu sein, aber trotzdem sehr sehr schön hier 👍👍👍

Großer Vorteil, jeder Stellplatz hat seine eigene Nasszelle, sprich Toilette mit Dusche und Waschbecken.

 Trustindex überprüft, ob die Originalquelle der Bewertung Google ist. Schöner kleiner Campingplatz.  Wurden sehr nett empfangen.  Platzwart ist sehr freundlich. Toll ist das eigene kleine Bad, was jeder Platz hat. Außer auf der oberen Zeltwiese, dort ist ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Sehr ruhig gelegen,  genau das richtige zum erholen.
